The Roost opened in the fall of 2013 by Stacy and Pete Sindt, along with Chef Ty Baughman.  Our goal from the beginning was to serve quality house-made food, avoiding frozen and fabricated items. Our menu changes a couple times a year, updating with the seasons.  We focus on American cuisine with touches of southern, Asian, French and hispanic menu items. We do our best to compliment our menu selections with local craft beers and a variety of red and white wines. Our gift cards make a wonderful add on for others to enjoy.
